The RaceQuip 112 Series Single Layer Fire Suit Pants are SFI-1 certified racing pants designed to deliver dependable flame protection, comfort, and durability for motorsport applications. Constructed from Pyrovatex® fire-retardant cotton (FRC) material, these pants provide a lightweight balance of safety, breathability, and long-lasting wear.
Pyrovatex® FRC is engineered to retain the natural softness of cotton while delivering effective heat and flame resistance. The material is breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentle on the skin, making it suitable for extended use in demanding racing environments. Its molecular bonding process helps ensure the fire-retardant properties remain effective throughout the garment’s usable life when properly maintained.
All RaceQuip pants are built using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching to enhance seam strength and durability. A heavy-duty brass zipper with Nomex® backing and a double overlap front closure provides added security and protection during use.
Designed with a clean motorsport appearance, these pants feature contrasting full-length black leg stripes that coordinate with RaceQuip driving jackets for a unified racing look. The boot cuff design ensures compatibility with racing footwear while maintaining a secure fit.
Additional features include internal bag pockets for convenience and a TPP rating of 11, delivering reliable thermal protection for entry-level to intermediate motorsport applications.
