The RaceQuip 111 Series Single Layer Fire Suit Jacket is an SFI-1 certified racing jacket designed to deliver dependable flame protection, comfort, and durability for motorsport applications. Constructed from Pyrovatex® fire-retardant cotton (FRC) material, this jacket provides a lightweight balance of safety, breathability, and long-lasting performance.
Pyrovatex® FRC is engineered to retain the natural softness of cotton while delivering effective heat and flame resistance. It is breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentle on the skin, making it suitable for extended wear in demanding racing conditions. The molecular bonding process integrates the fire-retardant properties into the fabric fibers, helping ensure long-term performance when properly maintained.
All RaceQuip jackets are built using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching to provide strong and durable seams capable of withstanding motorsport use. The front closure features a heavy-duty brass zipper with Nomex® backing and a double overlap design for added security and protection.
