Description
The RaceQuip 111 Series Single Layer Fire Suit Jacket is an SFI-1 certified racing jacket designed to provide reliable flame protection, comfort, and durability for motorsport applications. Constructed from Pyrovatex® fire-retardant cotton (FRC) material, this jacket offers a lightweight balance of breathability, protection, and long-term wearability.
Pyrovatex® FRC is engineered to retain the natural softness of cotton while delivering effective resistance to heat and flames. The material is breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentle on the skin, making it ideal for extended use in racing environments. Its molecular bonding process helps ensure the fire-retardant properties remain effective throughout the garment’s lifespan when properly maintained.
All RaceQuip jackets are assembled using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching to ensure strong and durable seam construction. The front closure features a heavy-duty brass zipper with Nomex® backing and a double overlap design for added security and protection.
Designed with a clean motorsport look, the jacket includes black epaulets, a high back collar, and contrasting black arm stripes for a coordinated appearance. Black wrist cuffs and internal bag pockets add practicality, while the pleated back panel enhances flexibility and comfort during driving.
With a TPP rating of 11, this jacket delivers a balanced combination of protection, comfort, and value for entry-level to intermediate racing applications.
