The RaceQuip 110 Series SFI-1 Single Layer Fire Suit – Black (X-Large) is a lightweight, entry-level motorsport safety suit engineered by RaceQuip to provide reliable flame protection, comfort, and durability for competitive drivers. Certified to SFI-1 standards, this suit is designed for a wide range of motorsport applications including drag racing, track days, and club-level racing.
Constructed from Pyrovatex® FRC (Flame Retardant Cotton) material, this single-layer fire suit delivers an effective balance of flame and heat protection while maintaining the softness and breathability of natural cotton. The fabric is engineered to wick moisture away from the skin, helping drivers stay cooler and more comfortable during extended use. It is also gentle and non-irritating, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
The Pyrovatex® treatment process chemically bonds with the cotton fibers at a molecular level, ensuring long-lasting fire-retardant performance when properly maintained. With a TPP rating of 11, the suit provides dependable thermal protection suitable for entry-level motorsport use.
All seams are constructed using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock stitching, delivering enhanced seam strength and durability under racing conditions. A Nomex® backed heavy-duty brass zipper with a double overlap front closure improves security and protection while maintaining ease of use.
Designed for both function and appearance, the suit includes a two-piece adjustable belt system, a pleated back panel for improved flexibility, and internal bag pockets for convenience. Contrasting arm and leg stripes, along with black epaulets, belt, high back collar, and cuffs, provide a clean, professional motorsport look.
