The RaceQuip 120 Series One Piece Multi-Layer Fire Suit is a premium SFI 3.2A/5 certified racing suit engineered for drivers who demand advanced thermal protection, durability, and comfort. This multi-layer construction combines an outer layer of durable Pyrovatex® FRC, a middle layer of Nomex® batting, and an inner Pyrovatex® FRC liner to deliver maximum fire resistance and performance in high-heat motorsport environments.
The Pyrovatex® FRC layers are designed to provide softness, breathability, and moisture-wicking performance while maintaining effective flame and heat protection. The material retains the natural feel of cotton and is gentle on the skin, making it suitable for extended wear in demanding racing conditions. The Nomex® middle layer adds inherent flame resistance and enhances overall thermal protection.
All RaceQuip suits are constructed using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching to ensure exceptional seam strength and long-term durability. A high-quality heavy-duty two-way YKK zipper with Nomex® backing and double overlap closure provides added security and protection.
