The RaceQuip 130 Series Chevron-1 One Piece Single Layer Fire Suit is an SFI-1 certified racing suit designed for entry-level motorsport use, offering a balance of fire protection, comfort, and flexibility. Built with a modern Euro-inspired design, this suit delivers reliable performance for drivers who need dependable safety equipment at an accessible level.
Constructed from Pyrovatex® FRC material, this fire-retardant cotton-based fabric provides effective flame and heat resistance while maintaining the softness and breathability of cotton. The material is engineered to wick moisture away from the skin, helping improve comfort during long driving sessions. It is also gentle on sensitive skin, making it suitable for extended wear in racing environments.
The Pyrovatex® treatment process bonds at the molecular level with cotton fibers to help ensure long-lasting flame-retardant performance when properly maintained. The suit is built using heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching to maximize seam strength and durability under racing conditions.
The Chevron pattern box quilting enhances both durability and style, giving the suit a distinctive motorsport appearance. Mobility is improved through 180-degree floating arm gussets and knit stretch panels located on the sides and lower back, allowing for better freedom of movement while driving.
A heavy-duty Nomex®-backed brass two-way zipper with a double overlap closure provides secure fastening and added protection.
