Description
The RaceQuip 120 series multi-layer one-piece fire suit is engineered for high-performance motorsport safety, combining durability, comfort, and advanced flame-resistant construction. This suit is built with a triple-layer system consisting of a durable outer layer of Pyrovatex® FRC, a middle layer of Nomex® batting, and a soft inner Pyrovatex® FRC liner.
The layered construction provides a strong balance of heat and flame protection, comfort, and long-term durability. The Pyrovatex® FRC material used for both inner and outer layers retains the softness and breathability of cotton while effectively wicking moisture away from the skin. It is also gentle and non-irritating, making it suitable for extended wear in demanding racing conditions.
The Nomex® middle layer provides inherently fire-retardant aramid protection, enhancing the overall safety rating of the suit. With a TPP rating of 25 and compliance with SFI 3.2A/5 standards, this suit is designed for serious competitive racing environments.
Constructed with heavy-duty multi-needle over-lock safety stitching, the suit delivers exceptional seam strength and long-term reliability. A high-quality heavy-duty two-way YKK zipper mounted on FR tape is reinforced with a double overlap front closure for improved security and protection.
For mobility and driver comfort, the suit includes a pleated back panel for flexibility, allowing improved range of motion in driving positions. Black wrist and ankle cuffs, black epaulets, and a high-back collar provide a secure and professional fit. Boot cuff leg openings ensure proper fit over racing footwear.
Additional features include an adjustable Euro-style two-piece belt system, internal bag pockets for utility, and contrasting arm and leg stripes for a clean motorsport aesthetic.
