The RaceQuip Green Latch & Link 5-Point Harness is a dependable motorsports safety system designed for racers who value simplicity, strength, and proven performance. Built to exceed SFI 16.1 standards, this harness provides secure driver restraint and long-lasting durability in demanding racing conditions.
This RaceQuip harness features a 5-point configuration with twin individual shoulder belts and a single 2-inch sub (crotch) strap. The 3-inch lap and shoulder belts are constructed from premium polyester webbing, delivering excellent strength and resistance to wear while maintaining flexibility for driver comfort.
At the center of the system is the Latch & Link buckle with a pivoting “Duckbill” hammer mechanism. This design locks all belts into place by snapping down over the link, creating a secure and reliable connection. The shoulder belts and sub strap hook onto the link, which is inserted into the lap belt latch, ensuring a straightforward and trusted engagement process for motorsports use.
The pull-down lap belt design allows for quick and consistent tightening by pulling the lap belts downward and away from the buckle. The double-adjustable design enables easy length adjustments on both ends, simplifying installation and ensuring a proper fit.
Constructed with drop-forged steel hardware and equipped with 3-bar slide ends, this harness supports both wrap-around and bolt-in mounting options. Snap hook ends and eyebolts are available separately for those who prefer alternative installation methods.

- Can be installed using wrap-around mounting or bolt-in hardware ends
- Snap hook mounting requires optional hardware (sold separately)
- Must be installed on a proper roll cage or harness bar
- Not intended for vehicles without appropriate motorsports safety systems
