The RaceQuip FIA Certified Full Containment Composite Racing Seat is an elite-level safety solution designed for professional drivers who require maximum lateral support and head protection. This 16-inch Large seat is fully certified to FIA 8855-1999 standards, featuring an authentic FIA hologram for competition eligibility. The defining feature of this "Full Containment" model is the integrated head support halo, which provides critical protection against lateral head movement during a side-impact.
The seat is built upon a one-piece, hand-laid FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) composite shell. This lightweight yet incredibly rigid structure is paired with extra-tall thigh and hip supports, as well as extended shoulder and rib bolsters, to lock the driver into the cockpit for precise vehicle control and reduced fatigue.

To maintain the fabric, use a mild upholstery cleaner; avoid using pressurized water or harsh chemicals on the composite shell. Always inspect the 8mm mounting bolts for proper torque and check the FIA hologram for the manufacture date. Replace the seat immediately if it is involved in a heavy impact or shows any signs of structural stress or cracking.
