Unlike competing kits that only partially replace the discharge path or taper down to stock dimensions, Neuspeed's solution provides full-flow continuity from the turbo outlet to the intercooler hose with no bottlenecks. The kit includes a CNC-machined billet aluminum discharge adapter that completely removes the factory turbo muffler, transitioning smoothly into a large-diameter 2.5-inch (63.5mm) ID silicone hose. This then connects to a mandrel-bent, one-piece aluminum discharge pipe—no welds, no compromises.
This pipe is engineered to mount using factory rubber hangers and features rolled lips on both ends for a secure fit with the included heavy-duty "T" bolt clamps. Flow testing confirms the Neuspeed pipe dramatically outperforms the OEM system, with a flow increase from 302 CFM (stock) to 500 CFM (Neuspeed)—a 65% improvement in airflow.
The result is faster turbo spool, reduced lag, improved throttle response, and increased horsepower and torque—making this kit ideal for both stock and modified vehicles.

Fitment
This Neuspeed HI-FLO Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit is compatible only with MQB-platform vehicles equipped with the EA888 Gen 3 2.0L TSI engine and the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
It does NOT fit vehicles with a 6-speed DSG or manual transmission. For those applications, use part number 48.02.47.
