ECU Unlock Information
- ECUs manufactured in July 2020 and newer are supported with a bench unlock performed by Femto or AutoTuner.
- The ECU must be shipped to the unlock provider or unlocked by a qualified third party equipped with the necessary bench unlocking tools.
- Recent BMW software updates may require a Bench OBD Unlock before flashing.
- Authorized MG Flasher Dealers can perform bench unlocking services.
- Customers may also use any qualified tuning shop equipped with the required bench unlocking hardware and software.
- Bench unlocking services are not included and may incur additional fees charged by the third-party service provider.
