The KW Hydraulic Lift-System (HLS) transforms your sports car or lowered vehicle by providing adjustable ground clearance, allowing you to safely navigate obstacles such as speedbumps, railroad crossings, road works, garages, and underground parking. With the ability to lift the front axle or both axles by up to 45 mm, the HLS ensures that your vehicle’s aerodynamic components, underbody protection, and oil sump remain intact.
Tailored Solutions for Your Vehicle
The KW Hydraulic Lift-System is available in two versions: "HLS 2," which lifts only the front axle, and "HLS 4," which raises the entire vehicle. A hydraulic cylinder is installed between the spring plate and springs of each KW strut. The system is engineered to enhance ground clearance without affecting driving dynamics. The lift system comes with a control unit integrated into your vehicle’s on-board electronics, enabling automatic lowering to the original level of your KW coilover kit or standard suspension when driving at higher speeds.
Versatile and Easy to Use
The HLS can be used in combination with either your existing suspension or KW’s premium coilovers. It includes a complete set of hydraulic lines and a hydraulic pump tailored to fit your vehicle perfectly. The lift system can be activated from inside the car via an LED control button or an optional remote control, even while driving at speeds up to 80 km/h. The HLS offers quick lifting, taking just 4-5 seconds for the HLS 2 model, and features corrosion-resistant, coated aluminum components for long-term durability.
