Mail-In Service – Shipping Requirements
Only factory-sealed, unopened DMEs are accepted. Any opened or damaged units will be returned unprocessed at the customer’s expense.
Packaging requirements:
- Factory-sealed ECU only
- Strong shipping box with protective cushioning
- Bubble wrap and foam padding to prevent movement
- All connectors must be fully protected during transit
- Disable OTA updates in vehicle settings before removal
- Clearly label ECU with full name, VIN, order reference, and contact details
- For V8 applications, specify driver or passenger side ECU location
All shipments must be fully protected to avoid damage during transit, as ECU replacement costs can exceed standard repair thresholds.
