Description
Upgrade the crankcase ventilation system on your Audi B8/B8.5 2.0T TFSI engine with the Integrated Engineering Recirculating Catch Can Kit. This complete PCV upgrade kit prevents oil vapors from entering the intake system, helping keep your turbo piping, intercooler, and intake manifold clean while reducing carbon buildup on intake valves.
The factory oil separator system allows oil mist to circulate through the intake tract, which can lead to performance loss, poor drivability, and excessive carbon deposits over time. This catch can kit replaces the factory separator with a high-quality billet recirculating catch can and breather adapter, allowing oil vapors to be filtered before being routed back into the intake system.
This system installs easily using the included valve cover breather adapter, -10AN hoses, and custom mounting bracket. The catch can mounts securely on the passenger side of the engine bay and fits under the factory engine cover for a clean OEM-style appearance. The billet catch can features an advanced internal baffle system to separate oil from air, and a tool-free T-handle drain valve for quick servicing.
All components are finished in black for a stealth look, and the installation is fully reversible with no permanent modifications required.

Cold Weather Notice
Catch can systems are designed primarily for warm climates. In freezing temperatures, condensation inside the catch can or hoses may freeze and cause crankcase pressure buildup. It is recommended to inspect and drain the catch can frequently in cold weather or remove the system during winter months to prevent damage.
