Description
Upgrade Your Fueling System with the Most Reliable FSI HPFP on the Market
The Integrated Engineering (IE) High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Upgrade, fully assembled with a brand-new OE pump housing, delivers up to 50% more fuel displacement than stock—making it an essential upgrade for Stage 2 and big turbo builds on VW and Audi 2.0T FSI engines. Designed for up to 600HP at 7500 RPM, this bolt-on pump supports aggressive ECU tunes, larger turbos, and ethanol fuel blends with unmatched reliability.
IE’s proprietary internals feature a constant-diameter 9.8mm piston, nitrided tool steel construction, leak-free custom seal, and ultralight titanium retainer. Every unit is assembled in-house in a clean room and bench-tested on a purpose-built dyno to guarantee exceptional quality and performance.

Reliability by Design
Why Constant-Diameter Matters:
Unlike stepped piston designs used in cheaper kits, the IE HPFP piston retains its full diameter throughout its stroke. This eliminates shaft instability, wear, and leakage. It also avoids pressure pulses that can lead to seal failure and fuel mixing with oil.
Nitrided Components for Extreme Durability:
IE adopts OEM nitriding methods for the piston and cylinder—fusing nitrogen into the outer atomic structure of the metal to achieve long-term durability without chipping or flaking like coated components. Every production batch is independently verified in a lab.
Custom-Engineered Seal:
Instead of reusing a weak OE seal, IE includes a custom-designed molybdenum disulphide-impregnated seal with spring energization for consistent pressure, reduced friction, and long life—critical for high-RPM operation.
