Thermal-Blocking Heat Shield:
Engine bay heat is the enemy of performance. IE’s powder-coated aluminum heat shield forms a barrier between the filter and engine, ensuring only fresh air from the grille area is ingested. This avoids the need to place the filter lower in the car, protecting it from road debris and water while maintaining optimal air temps.
Fitment & Compatibility:

SAI Compatibility (Secondary Air Injection):
This intake kit does not include an SAI filter. Vehicles with CCTA engine codes do not require it. If your car has a CBFA engine code (with SAI), an IE SAI Filter Adapter Kit is required and sold separately. Please verify your engine code before ordering.
