Technical Excellence
IE’s HPFP internal upgrade kit is precision machined and designed using industry-leading materials and processes. The 11.67mm piston is the largest possible within the factory housing, delivering the maximum stroke volume and flow potential. Unlike kits that use oversized springs, the IE kit retains the factory OE spring to avoid accelerated wear on the camshaft while still providing reliable high-pressure fuel at full load.
The pin is manufactured from tool steel with a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, while the cylinder is nitrided for extreme durability. Every seal and component is selected for maximum chemical resistance and long-term reliability—essential for ethanol-based fuels.
Installation Notes
