If you’re running E85 or ethanol blends in your Kia or Hyundai equipped with the 1.6L Turbo Smartstream engine, accurate ethanol content monitoring is essential. The Fuel-It! Kia and Hyundai Bluetooth Flex Fuel Kit allows you to track real-time ethanol content directly from your smartphone or tablet using the Fuel-It! or JB4 mobile app.
This is a complete plug-and-play solution designed to install in approximately 15 minutes with no permanent modifications required. The kit integrates a Bluetooth ethanol sensor into the factory fuel system, making it ideal for both daily-driven and performance-oriented builds.
The Fuel-It! Bluetooth analyzer provides wireless ethanol monitoring while also offering a 0–5V analog output, making it compatible with JB4 and flash tuning platforms.
To ensure proper compatibility, engine identification is required, as multiple versions of the 1.6L Turbo engine exist.

To identify your specific 1.6L Turbo engine, remove the plastic engine cowling and high-pressure fuel pump cover

For Kia JB4 platforms, connect the white wire to position #4 on the JB4 25-pin harness

Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 0 to enable pin location 2, 3, or 4 flex fuel input
