Description
If you’re making big power or running E85 on your 2020+ S58-powered BMW, proper fueling is critical. The Fuel-It! S58 BMW Port Injection Kit is a complete plug-and-play solution designed to dramatically increase fueling capacity and support high horsepower builds.
This system adds six supplemental low-pressure fuel injectors, allowing fueling capability for 1000+ wheel horsepower using pump gas, race gas, methanol, or E85. The kit installs in approximately 30 minutes and integrates cleanly with factory components for a reliable and professional setup.
All components are CNC-machined and anodized for long service life and durability. Proudly made in the USA, this kit is ideal for aggressive street builds, track cars, and high-boost applications where the factory fuel system reaches its limit.
Fuel injectors, port injection controllers, and JB4 controllers are available separately or can be added to your package depending on your setup and tuning strategy.

Fuel Injectors
This kit requires port injectors to function. High-quality, flow-matched DW or IDX 42mm port injectors are recommended. You may supply your own injectors or add them to your order. Available flow rates include:

Port Injection Controller
A controller is required to operate the supplemental injectors.

Flex Fuel
For ethanol blends or E85 use, a flex fuel kit is highly recommended to monitor real-time ethanol content. Ethanol percentages can vary significantly between fuel stations and fill-ups.

If you already have a Fuel-It! flex fuel kit installed, select the option indicating you already have one to receive the correct fuel line for tee integration

Existing flex fuel lines remain usable, though the ethanol sensor to HPFP line may be longer once the tee fitting is added
