Fuel-It! S55 BMW Bluetooth Ethanol Content Analyzer Kit
If you're running E85 or ethanol mixes in your S55 BMW, this kit is essential! It allows you to know your exact ethanol content in real-time via the Fuel-It! or JB4 app on your smartphone or tablet.
This complete plug and play kit replaces the stock fuel lines from the fuel tank to the engine bay with an upgraded -6an E85 compatible fuel line. It also adds an ethanol sensor and Bluetooth analyzer to monitor your ethanol content accurately.

Fuel Line Upgrade Options:
HPFP to Fuel Tank (Stock):
- Replaces stock fuel lines with one continuous upgraded line from the fuel tank to the HPFP and adds the ethanol sensor.
Port Injection to Fuel Tank:
- For those running a port injection kit, this upgrade replaces stock fuel lines, integrates the ethanol sensor, and uses a Y adapter to supply both the HPFP and PI with fuel.
Non-Fuel-It! Port Injection to Fuel Tank:
- For non-Fuel-It! port injection kits, includes a longer feedline from the Y to the port injection rail. Customize the feed line to the needed length and install the included fittings.
Installation Notes:
- Utilizes custom billet aluminum fittings to integrate with stock fittings, requiring no modifications.
- For BMW F-series JB4 platform, connect the white wire to position #16 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI Ethanol Setup option 1 to enable pin location 15/16 flex fuel input.
- Kits are available for off-road use only.
- Ethanol sensors read the absence of gasoline, so contaminated fuel may result in artificially elevated ethanol readings.
