Developed as a performance-optimized match for the Forge Motorsport Race Intercooler (FMINT24), the FMDP1 discharge pipe features a 76mm outlet, aligning seamlessly with the intercooler’s inlet to support maximum airflow. Compared to the factory 63mm unit, this design represents a 21% increase in cross-sectional area, reducing pressure drop and increasing the volume of charged air delivered to the intercooler.
Using advanced 3D scanning technology and CAD design, Forge Motorsport’s engineering team meticulously crafted a high-flow, mandrel-bent aluminum hard pipe for optimal shape and fitment. The system is paired with robust, four-ply, fluoro-lined silicone hoses, which withstand elevated boost pressures and temperatures while maintaining flexibility and sealing integrity.
