The Flowmaster American Thunder® Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered specifically for 2022–2026 Nissan Frontier trucks equipped with the 3.8-liter engine. Designed to enhance exhaust flow, performance, and sound, this system delivers the aggressive to moderate exhaust tone American Thunder systems are known for, while maintaining everyday drivability.
Constructed entirely from durable 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, this cat-back exhaust features 2.50-inch and 3.00-inch mandrel-bent tubing to reduce backpressure and improve exhaust gas flow. At the core of the system is a Flowmaster Super 50 Series performance muffler, producing a deep, powerful exhaust note while improving overall engine efficiency.
Dyno testing shows gains of up to 8 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels over the stock exhaust. The system exits through a single side outlet and is finished with a large 4.00-inch polished, double-wall 304 stainless steel exhaust tip featuring an embossed Flowmaster logo for a clean custom appearance.
