The Flowmaster American Thunder® Cat-Back Exhaust System for the 2004–2008 Ford F-150 and Lincoln Mark LT trucks equipped with the 4.6L or 5.4L engines is designed for drivers seeking a deep, aggressive exterior exhaust tone while maintaining a moderate and controlled interior sound level. This system delivers the classic Flowmaster sound along with noticeable performance improvements.
This bolt-on, emissions-legal exhaust system features 16-gauge mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing that flows into a specially designed Super 40™ Series chambered performance muffler. The exhaust exits through dual 2.50-inch stainless steel tailpipes, utilizing the factory hanger locations for a precise fit and straightforward installation.
The system offers flexible exit configurations, allowing the tailpipes to exit behind the rear wheels for towing applications or straight out the rear under the bumper for a bold, muscular appearance. Finishing the system are dual 3.00-inch polished stainless steel exhaust tips, adding a clean performance look.
All necessary hardware and hangers are included, making this an installer-friendly system suitable for at-home installation. The exhaust system is backed by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty for long-term confidence.
