This cat-back exhaust system is constructed from 16-gauge mandrel-bent aluminized steel tubing and connects directly after the factory catalytic converter. Exhaust flow is managed through a Flowmaster Super 50 Series HD chambered muffler, providing a deep, controlled sound ideal for daily driving and towing applications.

The system features dual 2.50-inch mandrel-bent tailpipes that utilize factory hanger locations for a straightforward installation and are designed to clear the factory spare tire. Completing the system are polished 3.00-inch 304 stainless steel exhaust tips, delivering a clean, aggressive rear appearance.

For added versatility, the American Thunder system includes two tailpipe exit configurations, allowing installation straight out the rear under the bumper or exiting behind the rear wheels. This side-exit option is especially beneficial for towing setups.
