Each line uses a PTFE Teflon inner liner designed to carry brake fluid, supported by a stainless steel woven reinforcement layer that provides strength and helps resist expansion. A clear PCV abrasion-resistant outer coating protects the assembly against abrasion, impact, and chafing while helping protect the internal layers and stress-relief areas around the fittings.
For added reliability, every brake line is 4500 PSI burst pressure tested.
