Over time, factory rubber brake lines can soften, swell, and deform, potentially contributing to reduced pedal feedback and a less precise braking feel. FactionFab stainless steel brake lines are engineered to minimize this flex while maintaining consistent brake fluid pressure, helping deliver improved pedal feedback and more predictable braking performance.
Each brake line features a PTFE Teflon inner liner designed to carry brake fluid, reinforced by a stainless steel woven middle layer for additional strength and resistance to expansion. A clear PCV abrasion-resistant outer coating protects the stainless steel braid and inner liner against abrasion, impacts, and chafing while providing additional protection around fitting and stress-relief locations.
For durability and reliability, every line is 4500 PSI burst pressure tested. Precision-machined stainless steel fittings provide accurate fitment and excellent corrosion resistance. The 100% model-specific design is engineered for the applicable vehicle's factory brake system and includes the required installation hardware.
