Description
Improve brake pedal response, consistency, and overall braking feel with FactionFab Rear Stainless Steel Brake Lines, designed as a model-specific replacement for factory rubber brake hoses on select Subaru STI, Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota 86 applications.
Factory rubber brake lines can become soft, swell, and expand over time, potentially contributing to reduced pedal feedback and a less direct braking response. FactionFab stainless steel brake lines are designed to minimize this expansion, helping deliver a more direct transfer of brake fluid pressure from the brake pedal to the rear calipers.
Each line uses a durable PTFE Teflon inner liner to carry brake fluid, supported by a stainless steel woven reinforcement layer for strength and resistance to expansion. The assembly is protected by a clear PCV outer coating designed to resist abrasion, impacts, and chafing while protecting the internal layers and providing additional protection around the fitting and stress-relief areas.
For durability and reliability, every line is 4500 PSI burst pressure tested. Precision-machined stainless steel fittings provide accurate model-specific fitment and excellent corrosion resistance. The lines are engineered specifically for the applicable vehicle applications to provide a clean installation and proper routing.
