Manufactured from premium G11H18 high-carbon iron alloy, FactionFab V2 Brake Rotors provide excellent thermal stability and strength under repeated high-performance braking. The high-carbon construction efficiently dissipates heat, helping minimize brake fade, reduce vibration, and maintain consistent braking performance even in demanding driving conditions.
Each rotor is precision-machined using an advanced double-disc grinding process, producing an exceptionally smooth braking surface with precise thickness tolerances for improved pedal feel, consistent pad contact, and reduced break-in time. Every rotor is also mill balanced, ensuring smooth, vibration-free braking and long-term reliability.
The exclusive FactionFab F-design slotted pattern continuously evacuates brake dust, gases, and moisture from the braking surface to improve pad bite and maintain consistent braking performance in both wet and dry conditions. The dual-drilled 5x100 and 5x114.3 bolt patterns increase application versatility while maintaining excellent structural integrity.
To maximize durability, every rotor receives a full Geomet zinc coating on all surfaces, providing outstanding resistance to rust and corrosion while preserving its appearance over time. Integrated threaded M8 removal holes simplify rotor removal during maintenance, while permanently stamped part numbers and minimum thickness specifications make inspections quick and easy.
