Tuning Notes:
- Upgrade Process: This is a non-physical product. To receive the upgrade, you must send your ECU to us for reprogramming. After purchase, you will receive a download link and detailed instructions via email.
- Stock ECU Settings: Fabspeed Motorsport saves your factory ECU settings, allowing you to revert to stock configurations at any time for a small fee.
- June 2020 Cut-Off Date: Vehicles from mid-June 2020 onwards use Bosch MEVD and MG1 ECUs that are locked by Bosch for enhanced security and protection against unauthorized access. This means bench unlocking is no longer possible.
- Shipping costs for sending an ECU to Fabspeed is the responsibility of the purchaser. The ECU will be tuned within 24-48 hours of receiving it and Fabspeed will then ship back the ECU using whatever method it was shipped in with. (For example: If you send in your ECU via Ground shipping, we will ship it back via Ground. If you ship it via Overnight, we will ship it back via Overnight.)
