The Fabspeed Motorsport Street Performance Package for the 2020+ Chevrolet Corvette C8 is a complete high-performance exhaust system engineered to unlock the full potential of the LT2 V8 mid-engine platform. This all-in-one package delivers significant gains in power, reduced weight, improved throttle response, and a more aggressive exhaust note across the entire rev range.
Designed specifically for all 2020+ Chevrolet Corvette C8 coupe and convertible models worldwide, this system is CAD engineered, CAD flow developed, and incrementally dyno tested to ensure maximum performance and reliability under real-world driving conditions.
This complete package includes a combination of high-performance components depending on configuration, including a Valvetronic Maxflo Exhaust or Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust, Fabspeed Sport Cats, Fabspeed Sport Headers, and optional Fabspeed Header Blankets for thermal management in high-temperature engine bay environments.
The sport catalytic converters utilize HJS trimetallic cores imported from Germany, ensuring excellent flow characteristics while maintaining emissions compliance functionality. The headers are constructed with mandrel-bent runners and Indy-style 4-1 merge collectors, designed to optimize exhaust scavenging and maximize horsepower and torque output.
The exhaust system is built from T304L stainless steel for long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and performance reliability. Depending on configuration, the system delivers substantial weight savings compared to the factory exhaust, with reductions of up to -47 lbs (21.3 kg) for the Supersport system and -29 lbs (13.2 kg) for the Valvetronic system.
The Valvetronic exhaust option features plug-and-play exhaust valves for seamless control over sound characteristics, allowing drivers to switch between refined cruising and aggressive performance tones. The system also includes AFM valve simulator mounts, with manufacturer recommendations to operate the vehicle in 8-cylinder mode to minimize any potential check engine light issues.
For vehicles requiring additional thermal control, optional header blankets are rated up to 2200°F and significantly reduce engine bay heat, improving both performance stability and component longevity.
