The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes are engineered to maximize performance on your BMW S58 twin-turbo engine. Designed for enthusiasts who demand higher horsepower, quicker turbo spool, and improved throttle response, these downpipes deliver significant gains by reducing exhaust flow restriction.
Each downpipe features a high-flow 200-cell metallic catalytic converter that allows exhaust gases to pass through more efficiently, increasing power and reducing turbo lag. The metallic core is more durable than factory ceramic units, capable of handling higher temperatures, and lighter in weight.
Constructed from 100% 304 stainless steel, the downpipes utilize mandrel-bent 3" tubing and precision CNC-machined flanges that replicate the factory 3.5" V-Band turbo connection. All components are TIG welded in-house in the USA for superior strength and long-term reliability. The design retains the factory donut flange, O2 sensor placement, and slip-fit connection for perfect compatibility with OEM or aftermarket exhaust systems.
