Unlock the full performance potential of your 2012–2016 BMW M5/M6 S63 with the Evolution Racewerks Sport Series High Flow Catted Downpipes. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, these downpipes are designed to dramatically reduce exhaust flow restriction, increase horsepower, improve torque delivery, and enhance turbo response.

Equipped with a high-flow 200 cell metallic catalytic converter, these downpipes significantly outperform the restrictive factory ceramic “honeycomb” converter. The metallic core allows exhaust gases to exit faster with less turbulence, resulting in quicker turbo spool, stronger mid-range torque, and a more aggressive powerband that holds longer through the RPM range.

Each unit is constructed from 100% 304 stainless steel with 3" mandrel-bent piping for smooth exhaust transition. All components—including the billet CNC-machined 3.5" V-band turbo flange and O2 sensor bungs—are fabricated in-house and TIG welded for maximum durability. These downpipes are 100% bolt-on and fully compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems.

An optional high-temperature ceramic thermal coating is available to further reduce underhood heat, improve exhaust gas velocity, and add additional corrosion resistance. This coating withstands temperatures up to 2000°F and is offered in black only.
