That's why we've meticulously designed our charge pipe kit using lightweight 6061 aluminum piping with mandrel bends to ensure smooth transitions and minimal obstructions. The upper pipe features a long, smooth transition from 2.5" at the turbocharger outlet to 3" to match the factory throttle body, guaranteeing optimal flow just like the factory unit. Unlike some of our competitors, we avoid the 'step' created by a 2.5" pipe at the throttle plate, ensuring superior performance.

We understand that many enthusiasts are interested in methanol injection systems and nitrous systems, which is why our charge pipe comes with two 1/8" NPT threaded bungs already welded to the diverter valve charge pipe. These bungs allow quick and easy installation of methanol or nitrous injectors commonly used in such systems. Each 1/8" NPT bung is provided with a plug, allowing you to run the charge pipe with or without the methanol injector until you're ready for the upgrade. Additionally, the 1/8" NPT bung can serve as a boost source, providing a convenient connection point for your boost gauge or other devices. Please note that the N55 engine does not have a factory-fitted pressurized hose or fitting, making our bung a perfect solution. A vacuum fitting is required for this setup, which is available as an optional accessory.

For customers using the Aquamist Methanol Injection Kit, we have you covered too. Aquamist injectors use an 8mmx0.75 thread pitch instead of the standard 1/8" NPT. If you have an Aquamist Methanol Kit, please specify your requirement, and we will custom-make the bungs specifically for you. As this affects only a small number of people, the Aquamist bungs are not regularly stocked, and plugs for these bungs are not available separately. Kindly ensure you already have the Aquamist kit before opting for this custom solution.
