Upgrade your EA888 TSI engine with the CTS TURBO BOSS600 Kit and experience up to 600hp on your Volkswagen or Audi. Our engineers have developed a modular package that offers a bolt-on speed solution, allowing for easy installation and simple tuning, without any modifications to your car.
At the heart of the BOSS600 Kit is our own CHRA, installed into a CTS proprietary exhaust housing. Our housing is carefully cast and machined in-house to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe, while the scroll area was designed to be approximately 0.63AR, resulting in excellent boost response and eliminating any possible restriction.
Don't be fooled by other manufacturers putting a larger turbo into a stock housing. Our BOSS600 Kit offers improved reliability and long-term performance. Custom oil/water lines complete this kit to offer a problem-free operation. Our proprietary custom-molded silicone hoses connect the turbo to your turbo outlet pipe and intake, offering a clean and secure fit.
Please note that the BOSS turbo upgrade is currently only compatible with CTS Turbo intake. However, other intakes could be made to work - unfortunately, we cannot provide guidance for installing other manufacturer’s intakes. You can use a stock, CTS Turbo, or other billet diverters/blow-off valve. Only OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipe is compatible at this time.
The CTS TURBO BOSS600 Kit includes a 54/71 dual ball-bearing CHRA with an 11 blade billet compressor wheel, CTS Turbo exhaust housing, CTS Turbo wastegate bracket, CTS Turbo 4-ply silicon couplers, CTS Turbo oil lines, CTS Turbo water lines, and hardware required for installation.
The kit is capable of producing 500hp to 600hp, depending on fueling and engine mods. It is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo turbo outlet pipe and any exhaust downpipe, offering flexibility and compatibility with various components.
Tuning is available for stock fueling and for upgraded fueling from United Motorsport and Eurodyne, providing additional performance gains for those looking for more power.
