CTS Turbo is proud to announce the release of the BOSS600 for FSI (timing-belt motor) owners. With years of dedicated research and development, our engineers have perfected the turbo upgrade kit, creating a modular package capable of producing upwards of 600hp while maintaining long-term reliability.
The heart of our aptly named BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution) FSI upgrade kit is our own CHRA, meticulously installed into a CTS proprietary exhaust housing. This housing, cast and machined in-house, ensures compatibility with any exhaust downpipe, while the specially designed scroll area with an approximate 0.63AR delivers excellent boost response and eliminates any possible restriction.
Unlike other manufacturers who simply fit a larger turbo into a stock housing, we have taken the extra step to create our own solution. This attention to detail ensures optimal performance and sets our BOSS600 apart from the competition.
Installation of this kit is hassle-free, thanks to custom oil/water lines and proprietary custom-molded silicon hoses that connect the turbo to your turbo outlet pipe and intake. While currently compatible with CTS Turbo intake, it may be possible to adapt other intakes, although we cannot provide guidance on installing intakes from other manufacturers at this time.
For the ultimate performance, you can use a CTS Turbo or other billet diverter/blow-off valve. Please note that only OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipes are compatible with the BOSS turbo upgrade kit.
For MK6 Golf R or 8P Audi S3 owners, a DV block-off plate will be required. Please refer to the instructions below for further details.
Please note that this kit does not fit right-hand drive vehicles.
