CTS Turbo's High-Flow CATS for the C8 Audi RS6/RS7 are engineered to replace your factory catalytic converters, located directly after the turbocharger. Designed with cutting-edge CAD technology, these downpipes seamlessly fit into place of OEM components, ensuring perfect alignment and optimal performance.
Crafted from durable T304 stainless steel, each downpipe is meticulously hand TIG welded and back purged to guarantee years of reliable use. The fully TIG welded design, along with mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, ensures maximum exhaust flow and durability.

Installation Notes:
- For vehicles without OPF/GPF: Transfer factory O2 sensors, tighten to 30 ft/lbs. Install supplied OPF/GPF plugs, tighten to 25 ft/lbs. Tighten downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft/lbs.
- For ROW vehicles with OPF/GPF: Remove factory pressure sensors and lines, connect sensor ports with supplied hose and clamps. Install OPF/GPF temperature probes, transfer factory O2 sensors, and tighten as specified.

Warranty: CTS Turbo offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the invoice date. This warranty excludes abuse, misuse, consequential damages, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or racing damage. Valid only for the original owner. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at CTS Turbo's discretion. Warranty claims for other manufacturers will be handled according to their terms.
