At the heart of the system are Formula-1 grade intercooler cores, custom-built by PWR featuring two rows of rolled cooling tubes with internal fins—delivering unmatched intake air temperature (IAT) reduction and heat soak resistance compared to traditional bar & plate or tube & fin designs.
The CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks are TIG-welded to perfection and come coated in CSF’s exclusive Thermal Dispersion Black ceramic finish for optimized heat rejection. A one-piece welded charge pipe replaces the factory O-ring design—a known weak point that often causes boost leaks and check engine lights.
Designed as a true drop-in fit, this system utilizes all OEM mounting points, hoses, shrouds, and fan assemblies with no modifications required.
