This premium exhaust features CORSA’s exclusive cast valve assemblies, redesigned to withstand the extreme heat and performance demands of the C8’s LT2 engine. The valves connect directly to the OEM actuator motors, maintaining all factory drive modes—Tour, Sport, and Track—without triggering a Check Engine Light (CEL).
Delivering a true dual-mode sound experience, this system is up to 9 decibels louder than stock in Track mode, yet 1 decibel quieter in Tour mode for smooth highway driving. Built from 3.0" 304 stainless steel, it offers weight savings of 13–21 lbs, improved airflow, and a deep, refined exhaust tone.
Equipped with quad 4.5" Pro-Series tips (dual-wall, slash-cut design, available in polished, black, or carbon fiber finishes), the system provides both aggressive looks and unmatched performance. While this configuration does not include CORSA’s RSC® No Drone Technology, the sound has been carefully tuned to minimize unwanted resonance. Light frequencies may be present during 4-cylinder mode operation.
Professional installation is recommended. Due to GM manufacturing tolerances, some vehicles may require a valve relearn procedure (GM Document ID 5406413) to ensure proper valve calibration and avoid CEL activation.
