Description
The CARGRAPHIC Sport X-PIPE Tailpipe Carrier replaces the restrictive factory “T”-shaped tailpipe carrier with a free-flowing X-pipe design engineered for the Porsche 987.1 / 987.2 and 981 Boxster & Cayman (all models).
The factory carrier creates turbulence and backpressure by forcing opposing gas flows together. CARGRAPHIC’s precision-engineered X-pipe construction eliminates these inefficiencies, allowing gases to merge smoothly for improved flow, performance, and acoustics.
Manufactured from SS304L lightweight stainless steel with CNC mandrel-bent pipework, this carrier is designed to work with either OE/factory silencers or CARGRAPHIC rear silencers, and can be combined with tailpipe trims in 89mm or 100mm outer diameters.
Dyno-tested to deliver tangible performance improvements, the CARGRAPHIC X-PIPE ensures a smoother exhaust note, reduced backpressure, lower operating temperatures, and significant weight savings – with no drone or unwanted resonation.
