Take full control of your Audi S3 8V’s factory exhaust valves with the CARGRAPHIC 2-Mode Exhaust Valve Control Unit (EXFLAPRCAU05). Designed for OEM integration, this system enables easy, seamless switching between modes using the factory ESP button or Drive Select profile switch.
This motorsport-grade solution preserves the original valve logic while giving you the flexibility to override and command valve behavior manually. Quiet cold starts, performance sound on demand, and automatic memory for engine start/stop preferences—all in one intelligent unit.

How It Works
The valve control unit is placed inline between the exhaust valves and the OEM control system. You can toggle the following modes using the ESP button or Drive Select switch:
- Dynamic Mode: Valves always open
- Auto Mode: Valves open at ~3000 RPM / 80% throttle
- Comfort Mode: Valves open at ~4500 RPM / 80% throttle
- Manual Override: Double-click the ESP button to manually open/close valves in any mode
- Safety Default: Valves auto-open at 4500 RPM regardless of settings
Start/Stop System Integration:

Last-used Start/Stop setting is saved and automatically restored at next engine start
