Description
The CarBahn Performance High-Flow Stainless Steel Exhaust System is a complete cat-back exhaust system designed for BMW X3 M, X3 M Competition, X4 M, and X4 M Competition models. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this system is engineered to provide improved exhaust flow, enhanced sound, and reliable performance while maintaining comfortable everyday drivability.
Unlike a simple axle-back upgrade that replaces only the rear mufflers, the CarBahn system is a complete cat-back exhaust designed to optimize exhaust flow throughout the system.
The CarBahn exhaust retains the OEM catalytic converters and electronic exhaust valve controllers in the mufflers. During normal driving, the system provides a mellow and sporty exhaust tone while helping eliminate the drone commonly associated with aftermarket exhaust systems.
At wide-open throttle, the ECU opens the electronic exhaust valves to increase exhaust flow for maximum performance. This produces a more aggressive and sporty exhaust note without becoming excessively loud.
The system comes with stainless steel exhaust tips as standard. A CarBahn carbon fiber exhaust tip option is also available for an upgraded performance appearance.
