The CarBahn Performance Controller (CPC) is a plug-and-play performance controller that increases turbocharged engine output while providing selectable performance maps through a Bluetooth-connected smartphone application. The available maps are designed around different fuel octane levels, with 91, 93, and 100 octane options.
On 93-octane fuel, the supplied performance data shows the Stage 1 Power Package producing up to 710 HP and 750 lb-ft of torque at the calculated flywheel level. On 100-octane fuel, output increases to 728 HP and 765 lb-ft of torque.
The package was developed with the CarBahn Heat Exchanger CBA08-00-8194, which dyno testing showed could reduce intake temperatures by 34 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat exchanger is required to achieve the claimed power output and is also required for CarBahn's matching factory warranty.
With an estimated installation time of approximately 15 hours, this package is designed as a comprehensive performance upgrade for the C8 RS6 and RS7.

Warranty and Software Upgrade
CarBahn offers an optional powertrain warranty for its products, including the Performance Controller.
If you choose to transition from the CarBahn Performance Controller to software in the future, a $250 upgrade fee applies. If a warranty was purchased with the controller, the warranty can be transferred to the software upgrade at no additional charge.
