About the CarBahn Performance Controller
The CarBahn Performance Controller (CPC) is an easy-to-install performance controller designed to increase horsepower and torque in turbocharged vehicles.
The plug-and-play unit features selectable maps that can be accessed through a smartphone application via Bluetooth. The maps are designed to optimize performance according to different fuel octane levels.
The available fuel selections include 91, 93, and 100 octane.
CarBahn also offers an optional powertrain warranty for its products, including the CPC.
Emissions Legality
CarBahn states that its testing with and without the catalytic converter showed a power increase of approximately 2% when the catalyst was removed.
Removing catalytic converters can create emissions compliance issues and may be illegal depending on applicable laws and regulations. Vehicles must comply with the emissions requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.
