Every Capristo exhaust system is developed using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD engineering, digital prototyping, and precision CNC bending and milling to ensure an exact factory-quality fit. Manufactured entirely in Capristo's facility in Sundern, Germany, this race exhaust system is handcrafted from premium T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, a high-performance alloy known for its exceptional heat resistance and acoustic properties comparable to Inconel, the material commonly used in Formula 1 exhaust systems.
The system features Capristo's patented cast exhaust valves, allowing seamless integration with the factory exhaust valve actuators while providing complete control over exhaust sound characteristics. Its patented reinforced construction helps eliminate unwanted resonance while maintaining a deep, exotic, high-performance tone throughout the RPM range.
Each exhaust is meticulously TIG welded by skilled Capristo craftsmen and hand-polished after welding to achieve a stunning mirror-like finish worthy of Lamborghini's flagship hybrid supercar.
The included heat protection components help manage engine bay temperatures while protecting surrounding components during high-performance driving.
Please note that promotional videos often demonstrate the European ECE-compliant Capristo Revuelto exhaust system, which includes internal catalytic converters that naturally reduce overall sound levels. The North American version of the Capristo Revuelto Race Exhaust is designed without those internal restrictions and produces an exhaust note that is 10+ dB louder than the European ECE version.
