Every Capristo exhaust system is developed using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD engineering, digital prototyping, and precision CNC bending and milling to ensure exceptional fitment and factory-quality installation. Manufactured exclusively in Capristo's facility in Sundern, Germany, this exhaust is constructed from premium T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, a high-performance alloy renowned for its superior heat resistance and resonance characteristics similar to Inconel, the material commonly found in Formula 1 exhaust systems.
The system features Capristo's patented proprietary cast exhaust valves, allowing direct compatibility with the factory OEM valve actuators while delivering precise control over exhaust sound. Its patented reinforced construction helps eliminate unwanted resonance, producing a refined yet aggressive exhaust tone throughout the RPM range.
This ECE-compliant exhaust incorporates a rear muffler with two integrated catalytic converters, providing efficient exhaust gas cleaning even when the exhaust valves are closed while significantly reducing unpleasant exhaust odors. The system is also equipped with Capristo's patented OPF replacement technology, specifically developed to help minimize the risk of dashboard warning messages.
