The Burger Tuning JB4 tuner is an advanced plug-and-play performance upgrade engineered specifically for the latest Mercedes-Benz AMG 2.0L Hybrid M139 engines. Designed for quick installation and full reversibility, the JB4 safely increases turbocharger boost by 3–6 psi while automatically adjusting timing and fueling to deliver significant horsepower and torque gains. Unlike basic 2-channel piggyback units, the JB4 features full CANbus integration for superior accuracy, smoother drivability, and more refined performance under all conditions.
Installation requires connecting to two easily accessible plugs on top of the engine with no permanent modifications needed. The JB4 includes multiple performance maps, ethanol-compatible options, enhanced acceleration features, and full diagnostic and datalogging support when paired with an optional wireless adapter.
For wireless access, JB4 Mobile by DMAC offers customizable gauge layouts and has long been the benchmark for phone-to-tuner control. What Is a JB4?
The JB4 is a plug-and-play tuning system designed for turbocharged vehicles, installed between engine sensors and the ECU/DME to safely enhance performance using intelligent signal processing and CANbus integration. It offers features unavailable in simpler piggyback systems, such as real-time datalogging, spark and fuel control, safety systems, ethanol support, and app-based tuning.
With regularly released free map and firmware updates, the JB4 is not VIN-locked and can be removed, transferred, or resold. As the industry standard for over a decade, the JB4 is used in more than 67 countries and remains the most advanced reversible tuning solution available.
