Description

The BMS Stinger/Genesis Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can is the perfect solution to keep your Kia Stinger's engine clean and running efficiently. It prevents oil from being sucked through the PCV system and coating your intake manifold, cylinder heat, and valves, which can cause long-term damage and maintenance headaches. In addition, crankcase oil can reduce engine efficiency and lower effective octane, sapping performance.

This oil catch can is an easy-to-install solution that combines the effectiveness of an oil catch can with the convenience of an air/oil separator. The unique design features a non-clogging air/oil separation double baffle, which separates oil from engine vapor within the OCC, where it gravity drains right back into the crankcase. This provides a truly install-and-forget-it oil catch can solution that never needs to be emptied or serviced.

The BMS Stinger/Genesis Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can is CNC machined for precision performance and fully sealed to retain full factory emissions performance. The large intake/outlet has no tapering down and provides a free-flow solid no restriction design, which increases engine efficiency and improves engine longevity.

This oil catch can retains the factory fully closed loop PCV operation and is made in the USA, guaranteed for life, and requires no service. It has high flow to eliminate crankcase pressure caused by more restrictive designs, and its precision CNC machined construction ensures that it is of the highest quality.

In summary, the BMS Stinger/Genesis Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can is an essential upgrade for any Kia Stinger owner who wants to keep their engine clean, efficient, and performing at its best. With its unique design, easy installation, and long-lasting durability, this oil catch can provides a worry-free solution that will keep your engine running smoothly for years to come.

Note the Stinger/Genesis 3.3L has two separate PCV paths, a vacuum side, and a boost side. The BMS Kia Stinger OCC is for the vacuum side which we've found contributes ~95% of the manifold PCV oil contamination. With the Stinger, we have not found any significant benefit to adding a separator to the boost side (driver side) system and suggest leaving it factory.
