Description
The BMS Zero Maintenance Oil Catch Can is designed to prevent oil from being drawn through the PCV system and contaminating your intake manifold, valves, and cylinder head. Over time, crankcase oil buildup can lead to carbon deposits, reduced efficiency, and lower effective octane, robbing your engine of performance. The BMS OCC eliminates this issue by capturing oil vapors before they enter your intake system — keeping your engine clean and efficient.
Unlike traditional oil catch cans that require periodic draining or maintenance, the BMS system is a true install-and-forget solution. It separates oil from vapor and automatically returns the oil back into the crankcase via gravity, eliminating the need for service or emptying.
Each unit is CNC machined for precision, ensuring full factory-sealed emissions performance. Installation takes only minutes, is fully reversible, and includes all necessary hardware. Note:
The Stinger and Genesis 3.3L engines have two PCV paths — a vacuum side and a boost side. The BMS Kia Stinger Oil Catch Can is designed specifically for the vacuum side, which contributes approximately 95% of PCV oil contamination. No measurable benefit has been found in adding a separator to the boost (driver) side, so it is recommended to leave that system factory.
