Water/Methanol/Alcohol Injection (WMI) allows significant performance gains on standard pump fuel by dramatically lowering intake temperatures and increasing knock resistance. The result is performance similar to running 100 octane race fuel or E85, with additional cooling benefits that can produce even more power than either fuel alone.
JB4 FSB WMI Controller Integration
The BMS JB4 FSB Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) controller enables full JB4 system integration, allowing precise control of the WMI pump and solenoid for progressive, dynamic flow mapping.
Key functions include:
- JB4-controlled progressive WMI flow
- Pump current monitoring for safety feedback
- CANbus integration for fuel trims and fuel pressure monitoring
- Advanced flow-based safety system
- Real-time data integration for tuning accuracy
Advanced Safety & Tuning Integration
The JB4 WMI system is designed for seamless tuning integration and maximum engine safety.
It adjusts based on:
- Boost levels
- Throttle position
- Engine speed
- Intake air temperature
- Ignition advance
- Gear position
- CANbus engine data

- Flow feedback monitoring to JB4
- Automatic power reduction if tank runs dry or flow drops

Injection Nozzle Options (Single or Dual Setup)
Nozzles are 1/8” NPT and install into most aftermarket charge pipe bungs.
General guidelines:
- Smaller dual nozzles are preferred for better atomization and distribution
- Nozzle size represents approximate gallons per hour at full flow
- Selection depends on turbo size and power target
Nozzle Guide:
- 4 cylinder: BM7
- 6 cylinder: BM10 or Dual BM5
- 8 cylinder: Dual BM5 or BM10 for larger turbo setups
Optional BMS Elite Steel Braided Line Upgrade
Includes 18 feet of upgraded stainless steel braided line with:
- Inner PTFE (Teflon) sealing layer for leak-free operation
- Stainless steel braid reinforcement
- Black nylon outer sleeve for abrasion resistance and stealth appearance
- High pressure and high temperature durability
- Includes all required AN fittings
