("Manufacturer") assures the original user that this Product adheres to Manufacturer's published specifications and is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (a "Covered Defect"). This warranty remains valid for a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase, or any longer period mandated by law. In the event of a Covered Defect claim, it must be reported within sixty (60) days of discovery and within two (2) years from the purchase date, or within any longer period required by law. Should the Product be found to have a Covered Defect, the Manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the Product with a new or rebuilt one.
